I've enjoyed working with the social-profit sector since my early twenty's –– first as a manager, leader, and fundraiser; and for the past twenty years as a consultant, designer, and strategic planner.  I've experienced what makes our human-centred organizations soar, and have learned the hard way what makes them struggle and even fail. 

These days my job is to share what I've learned while helping you and your colleagues think about your organization's design, growth, and responsibilities in a new light.  

Whether you help lead an NGO, public institution, non-profit, foundation, government agency, or a community network of any shape or size, this approach will be an illuminating  game-changer for everyone involved.

The Well Designed Social-Profit refers to the models and approach I've developed to significantly improve the way we lead, design, fund, and plan our efforts to achieve a public good, be it through arts, health, education, environmental, governmental, community, or social justice organizations.  

My North Stars along the way:  Peter Drucker, Meg Wheatley, Frances Hesselbein, Fred Kofman, Juanita Brown, Noel Tichy, Tim Brown, the self-organizing women of South Africa, and as always:  dedicated clients who continue to bring real benefit to the communities they serve –– both inside & outside their organizations.
